Recently we have received an increasing amount of phone calls from customers requesting dates and times. Unfortunately we cannot give accurate dates and times as everything is nature orientated. We understand it is exciting receiving your bees but we want to ensure that you will be happy with them so they do not leave us until we are 100% happy with their quality.

We will be in contact with you, to arrange convenient collection / dispatch dates so please remember we are not office based and we are activily working on sites with bees and phone calls can disturb and delay our work. We will never dispatch your bees without your prior knowledge and agreement, we are dealing with livestock and will ensure someone is available your end to accept the parcel. Do not panic and expect your bees to arrive without your agreement.
Please ensure you are keeping an eye on your emails as this will be our first point of contact - including spam folder!

Coming from the M5 Motorway - Take exit 11 and follow signage to Regency Cheltenham, onto the A40. At the round about take the 4th Exit (by Travel Lodge / KFC). At the next round about take 3rd exit (Straight over with B&Q on your left & BMW on your right). Straight over the next round about and over the railway bridge. You will shortly see a right turning signposted "Cold Pool Lane", turn right and you will see the yard on the left hand side (Signposted "Badgeworth Livery Centre"). There is 2 entrances, please use the secondary entrance to the yard (by the telegraph pole) and follow our signs (observing a 5MPH limit).
