Ordering
You may place an order to purchase a product advertised on the website by following the on-screen prompts after selecting your item. You will have the opportunity to review and correct any input errors in your order until the point at which you submit it by clicking the 'Place Order' button on the final checkout page. Upon submission, you will receive an order acknowledgment email, which serves as confirmation of your order receipt, not its acceptance. All orders placed are subject to our acceptance. If your order includes products that are not currently in stock, we will get in touch with you via email or phone. You will then have the choice to wait for the items to become available or cancel your order. A contract between us will be formed once payment has been received. Due to the nature of our live bee trade, we cannot guarantee specific dispatch or collection dates as bees are living creatures.

Prices & Payment
All prices are in pounds (£) sterling and may change before we accept your order. We cannot accept your order until it is paid in full or your deposit is settled. If, by any chance, a product has been incorrectly priced on the website, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm the correct price. If you do not wish to proceed with the order at the corrected price, we will cancel it. We are not obliged to supply products at an incorrect price.

Claims
Any claims, such as shortages or unsatisfactory quality, must be reported within two days of receiving the item(s). BS Honey Bees Ltd guarantees that, where applicable, our goods meet the usual quality standards. We will either replace or refund (at our discretion) the price of any goods that do not meet these standards, up to the maximum invoiced price for the goods.

Cancellations and Returns
You may cancel your order, or any part of it, at any time before products are delivered or collected. To do so, please notify us by email or phone, providing your full name, address, and order details, and then return the product(s). Keep in mind that you cannot cancel your order if the product has been customized or made to your specifications, unless the products were faulty or damaged upon delivery. If you choose to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, you are required to return the products at your own risk and expense. All such goods should be returned within 14 days of canceling the order. Until they are returned, you must maintain possession of the products and handle them with care. When returning the product(s), do so in their original condition. Please note that any deposits taken are non-refundable, as bees are perishable items, and a full refund is only applicable if we cannot supply the bees. In the case of replacement items (Queens & Nucs), they must be returned at your expense in the condition in which they were received. We will examine the items to assess the problem and its authenticity. After confirming your claim, we will process a refund within 14 days.

Postage of Live Bees
You hereby acknowledge that postage of live bees is at your own risk. Although we insure each shipment to its appropriate value, we often receive reports of couriers mishandling live bees. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any recourse if you choose to have your bees posted. We strongly recommend collecting your bees in person whenever possible. It is your responsibility to provide proof of time delays or damaged consignments to us via email within 24 hours.

GDPR and Customer Rights
Please be aware that we have a legal obligation to inform the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) of your purchase, upon request. Our data collection and use comply with the terms of the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccuracies, object to processing, and request erasure. To exercise these rights or for any GDPR-related inquiries, please contact us.
