It has came to our attention that in nearly every batch of Nucs we have sent out there has been 1 that has either arrived late or even delayed till the next day. We are extremely unimpressed with Parcelforce and will be voicing our opinions.

 For those in the future that may have the unfortunate event where you nuc(s) do not arrive in the Morning time slot, please be sure to check your tracking information on the Parcelforce website (http://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace - select "Tracking Details" after you have submitted for its last destination.). Your tracking number will be in the last shipment email you received.

 Please do not contact us if your parcel has not arrived. We are in the same situation as you and have no power once nuc's leave our facilities. Contact Parcelforce directly explaining you issue - 08448 00 44 66.

 Only once you have spoken to Parcelforce a quick email or phone call to us to state the sitution (leave a message if we are out of service) is sufficient. Each Nuc we send is insured so whatever the situation, it is the responsbility of Parcelforce.

We apologise to those that have experienced issues and will be looking into additional couriers that can provide the service they state but also allow Live Bees within their network (the hardest part).
