It has come to our attention that none of the Special Delivery items were received by our Monday dispatched customers on Tuesday 10th June before 1pm as the Guarantee states and we are extremely disappointed with Royal Mail.

They have assured us that all deliveries will be made the following day before 1pm and we apologise for any inconvenience caused but unfortunately this is completely out of our control.
 
We do have a right to claim for the postage amount to be refunded which is a 3-6 week process that we will claim on your behalf. If you could kindly email us with the times you received your queens and if they arrived alive and well and we can begin the claims process.
