We have been approached by Betty TV, an award winning Television Production Company in London. They make documentaries like Heston’s Great British Food, The Fabulous Baker Brothers, Bear Grylls Wild Weekends (with Stephen Fry) and Country House Rescue.

Betty TV are currently developing a new documentary series for a large UK broadcaster and looking for families to take part. The basis of the series is to follow a family to embark on a journey to become self-sufficient within their own homes. We are particularly keen on speaking to families who live in more urban environments (suburbs or cities) who are currently converting their garden or outdoor space into a space that sustains anything thing from a vegetable patch, to a chicken coop or even a grazing cow, all in the hope of reconnecting with the food on their plates.

Do you live in a town or city and long for the chance to reconnect with the food that is on your family’s plate? Are you in the process of converting your garden or outdoor space into a place that sustains anything from a vegetable patch, to a chicken coop or even a cow? Perhaps you are attempting to press your own apples, brew your own beer or preserve fruit and veg, all from the comfort of your own home?

They have asked us specifically for hobbyist bee keepers that meet this criteria. If this is you, then please get in touch with the us for more information.
